Segmenters cut the video into timed parts, in order to make it possible to add subtitles.

In order to become a segmenter, the Channel Manger or Moderators must approve you.

Send a Private Message (or PM) to them, letting them know that you are interested in segmenting. If you don't receive a response in 7 days, please send a message to the Viki Help Center.
