Becoming a channel manager of a new channel: 

If you create a channel, you will, by default, be the Channel Manager.

First, double check that the channel you want to create doesn't already exist. Make sure you search for alternate title names or spellings.

Click on TV, Movie or Artist in the Navigation Bar and click on the "Create New Channel" button.

Enter all the information requested on the form.  It is especially important to enter the correct information for content origin, content language and category.  For shows not in English, you will also need to include the confirmed title or name of the show "in original language".  We also strongly recommend that you fill in English title/name if possible. If there are multiple widely known titles/names (a.k.a.), please provide the alternative title/name using the description section.

You can also upload a channel profile picture make the channel richer with relevant images/information. 

Once that's done, your channel will be submitted for approval by the ViKi team. As we receive a large number of channel requests, this process can take a while. Approvals are done on a case by case basis. We appreciate your kind patience and understanding. 

Becoming a channel manager of an existing channel:

If a channel manager has been inactive for more than 30 days, please submit a request to the Help Center and we will look into the matter.

Becoming a moderator: 

Contact the channel manager for the channel you'd like to be a moderator of. If there is no response within 14 days, please submit a request and we'll help you join the channel.
